This page describes how Amansi works today and will be updated before public launch.
In short
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is no banner to accept.
This website
The public pages need no cookie. Your language is chosen from your browser settings and is shown in the page address.
While you fill in a restaurant or rider application, the site sets short-lived cookies so that the steps of your application stay linked together:
- amansi_site_vendor_ot and amansi_site_vendor_lt: restaurant application steps.
- amansi_site_rider_st: rider application steps.
They are protected so scripts cannot read them, they expire after one hour, and they are deleted when you submit the application.
Maps on the application page
The restaurant application page shows a Google Map to place your location. Loading it connects your browser to Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's policy. The map only appears on that page.
Restaurant and admin panels
After you sign in, the panels use secure session cookies to keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary, are not readable by scripts, and are deleted when you log out or delete your account.
The mobile apps
The apps do not use cookies. They store your sign-in securely on your device, with your language choice, until you log out or delete your account. You can clear this by uninstalling the app.
